SAFETY
Pregnancy: Detoxification should not be attempted during pregnancy; however it is ideal as a preconception program.
Medication: Detoxification has the potential to change the way some medications work. If you are taking prescription medications then discuss this with your practioner at the pre program consultation.
Side Effects: Occasionally people may experience adverse symptoms during detoxification such as nausea, changes in bowel function or headaches. Generally these are short term and will resolve without intervention; however, you should discuss them with your practitioner if they are severe or last more than a few days.

WE HAVE SOME GOOD & BAD NEWS: Weight Loss is not just about exercise, in fact if you allow us to fully explain we will change your life forever.

If you give me 90 minutes of your life, you will learn things that most personal trainers or weight loss advocates either don't know or don't want to tell you.

We have recognised that more exercise is not the answer. We recognise the four E's (Education, Emotions, Exercise & Economics)

We know from our experience and having worked with many weight loss clients that losing weight/fat, can be a very complex emotional journey. For others it has just been a lack honest and accurate information that has thwarted weight loss goals.

+ Testing your biological age, (Are you older than you should be)
+ Your ideal weight. (Not a guess)
+ Your ideal Muscle/Fat Ratio
+ We give you the tools to ensure you achieve the goals.
+ We will give you meal plans which will keep you on target.
+ We will provide 24 hour support, and encouragement eg if you're out at dinner and need to check the healthy options on the menu, call! or if you feel temptation is looming, call for encouragement!
+ Tools to recognise and combat sabotaging behaviour.
+ You will have regular programed assessments to check progress.
+ We Gaurantee that you will be healthier at the end of your program.

Personal Training Memberships:
Because we are small, we are also unique and we call our memberships personal training memberships due to the fact there is a personal trainer on duty whenever you are training. The trainer is at your service and available for any questions or tips about technique, safety, intensity levels, diet ideas & tips and general Motivation.

Oh, the trainer is also available to give you that extra cardio blast with a few short rounds of boxing pad exercises.

So for about the cost of most other gym memberships where service level is Zero, why opt for anything other than our Personal Training Membership?

+Exercise intensity is different for everyone. The important thing to remember is we are not training to become Olympic athletes.
